ABOUT

Paperchain Transactions was established in 2019 by Kerry Stafford.  A Licensed Realtor, she recognized the need for help with Paperwork and with monitoring deadlines, etc. within her peers and also that she enjoyed helping her fellow agents with these organizational tasks, so Paperchain Transactions was born.  The business has steadily grown and we are looking towards expansion in 2023 and onwards to accommodate the needs of more agents.  

Kerry was born in the United Kingdom and relocated to the United States in 1999, becoming a US Citizen, finally, in 2020.  She lives in Altamonte Springs, Florida, with her husband, two teenage sons, and her three extremely spoiled dogs.
